Choose how to save your certificate design.
The Official Template is automatically used when issuing certificates for your company. Setting a new one replaces the previous.
Everything you need to know — from opening the designer to issuing your first certificate.
In the left panel, click the Templates tab. Pick any built-in template (IMCA Navy, Gold Prestige, Emerald, etc.) or upload your own image as a background. Your company's official template loads automatically when you open the designer.
Use the Elements tab in the left panel to add content:

• Drag to move elements anywhere on the canvas
• Double-click text to edit it inline
• Arrow keys nudge the selected element by 1px (hold Shift for 10px)
• Resize using the handles around selected elements
• Layers panel — see all elements, reorder, show/hide, delete
• Ctrl+Z Undo · Ctrl+Y Redo · Ctrl+D Duplicate · Del Delete
Once your design is ready, click Save → Set as Official Company Template. This makes it your company's permanent cert design. All future certificates — whether issued manually here or auto-generated when an admin approves a candidate — will use this design automatically. Only admins can set the official template.
Click Issue Cert in the toolbar. Search for the candidate by name or email. Their details fill in automatically. A real QR code is generated pointing to the verification page. The certificate is saved to the system — the candidate is notified and can download it from their portfolio.

Anyone can scan the QR code on the issued certificate or visit divcaas.com/verify.html and enter the certificate number. The system shows VALID, EXPIRED, or REVOKED — along with the candidate name, issuing company, role, and dates.
