How Auto Sign-Off Works
- When you click Accept on an evidence document, your stored signature is applied automatically
- All competency units and K/A items linked to that evidence are signed off instantly
- Units where all items are linked get a whole unit sign-off — partial units get a partial sign-off
- Use Accept All & Sign Off to process all unreviewed evidence at once
- Units already signed by you are never double-signed
